"Russell and his crew at Total Renovating did a superb job adding a new full bath and laundry room to our basement. In addition, they replaced our existing flooring with Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) throughout our house. As new homeowners of our 20+-year-old home, this was our first big renovation project, and we were nervous. But Russell and Tyron came through from day one. They offered a detailed design session, a thorough walkthrough of what the work would entail, consistent communication on change requests and questions, and prompt remediation of any issues that arose. Also included in this fantastic team are some very hardworking contractors/renovators who arrived on time and accommodated our schedule (we have a one-year-old) but also went the extra mile to work Saturdays to meet our project's timeline. "Project: Annual cleaning and inspection of two direct vent gas log fireplaces. The people that came were very friendly and did an excellent job of inspecting the duct and vents of the gas fireplaces. One was a direct vent with easy access from the deck, the other the tech had to climb onto the roof. The tech noted a flashing that needed some caulking which he was able to do at an additional fee as this was not part of the original inspection/cleaning task. He did provide a discount as he was already on the roof. Although they cleaned and inspected the vents, they did not perform the items listed in the Heat and Glo annual cleaning and inspection checklist for the fireplace units themselves. I have to get a company in who actually does maintenance and sustainment work on direct vent gas fireplaces. After repeated tries, the tech was not able to actually start the one fireplace he attempted to start and it was obvious he did not know the procedure. I paid and they departed. I would not ask them to come back for a gas fireplace job, however, they were professional and nice, so I would consider them for a project better suited to their knowledge and experience. Rather than scan my credit card, the tech took an actual photo of it with his cell phone. I called the company and they said they would be sure the photo was deleted. I have not gotten a return call confirmation."

"We hired Steve Everett of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen for two remodeling projects in 2012 and another in 2016. We happily award them an A rating. The first time we hired Steve Everett we asked him to remodel our master bathroom, a remnant of the late 1970s. Steve worked with us every step of the way. After carefully measuring the space available, he offered a number of options for how our bathroom might be renovated. Once we decided on the bathroom’s new configuration, styles and colors, Steve and his competent crew went to work. They immediately impressed us by employing large screens and tarps to protect our adjoining rooms and furniture. They took great care to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. Then, after painstaking preparation, they installed a beautiful tile shower and floor and a new cabinet and sink. The quality of their workmanship quickly became apparent as they worked toward project completion. Once complete, we were amazed at how different our upgraded bathroom looked and how DreamMaker made it so much more appealing. We also seemed to gain space, a direct result of Steve Everett’s more efficient design. We love our larger shower and feel much safer with the expanded floor space. After a wonderful first experience with DreamMaker, we again hired Steve Everett to remodel our second bathroom. This time we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. Then, in 2016, we hired DreamMaker for a third project. We were confident DreamMaker could deliver and that is just what they did. Steve Everett and his DreamMaker crew successfully updated our 1970s era bathrooms bringing them into the 21st century. Not only do we now have renovated bathrooms to enjoy, but should we decide to sell our house one day, we will likely gain additional profit from our investments through DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. In sum, Steve Everett of DreamMaker epitomizes the consummate professional contractor. Aside from being a skilled craftsman, he is an honest and fair businessman. He employs competent and talented workers and his prices are very reasonable. In short, we highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen."

"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly.
