"They came and sprayed outside for carpenter ants during all the rain ( 14+ inches) when it flooded. Called and asked them why and they said the rain would not affect the outcome because they also sprayed inside. Said they would stand by their service. Guess time will tell. They were very responsive and informative otherwise."

"Terrific experience. I had tenants report concerns over possible bed bugs. With the holiday weekend I did not think I would be able to get someone out quickly. Berrett was able to send someone the next day. They showed up right on time and conducted a thorough investigation and did not find any evidence of bed bugs luckily. They have affordable rates for 1 time service for the other pests. Professional company who I would not hesitate to use."

"Quick response and insect application applied."

"Had a skunk problem in the window well. Critter Control came out and removed the skunk without the skunk spraying. Then they constructed a barrier to prevent skunks or other animals from getting into the area and creating the same problem."
