"They replace the Rod of the water heater and they did an excellent job"

"He came in assessed what to do and got the job done."

With over 20 years of hands-on plumbing and water filtration experience in Central Florida, owners Riccardo and Adriana started Your Friendly H2O Pros to offer homeowners something they felt was missing in the industry: honest service, reasonable pricing, quality workmanship, and a company that truly cares about its customers.\n\nAfter years of working for larger companies, Riccardo wanted to build a business where customers were treated fairly and given solutions they could trust. That became the foundation of H2O Pros.\n\nToday, we’re proud to be a local, family-owned company that puts our customers first. We take pride in our work, stand behind everything we do, and strive to provide exceptional service from the first phone call to the completed job.\n\nOur mission is to make quality plumbing and cleaner, better water affordable and accessible to families throughout Central Florida.

"They came and found the problem in one day and came back with a replacement. The whole company is so polite. The plumbers came the first trip and were clean and professional. Offered to wear masks. They explained to us why the replacement was necessary. Then they came back this am at 9:00 with a new water heater. They had two different people hear today. neat, polite, cleaned up their mess."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"It went very well. Dave came to install the toilet, but it arrived broken, so I had to have him come back again when the replacement toilet came. The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. I am very happy with their service and would rehire them if I needed other plumbing work."

"Excellent, they did what they said they would do at the estimate level. The tech, Eric, really knows what he's doing and I appreciated his professionalism and explanation of the work to be done. Our water quality has improved 10 fold. I've used this company 3 times in 11 years and they've always done right by me. I'm very comfortable in recommending them for anybody that is on a well and needs to soften or improve their water quality."

"Very professional and placed concern over the details. Job was completed in a timely manner and the site was cleaned up when done. The price quoted was very fair and did not change. I would highly recommend Lake Plumbing and Gas Inc."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"After the recent purchase of our new home, there was no shortage of repairs and improvements that needed to be done. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes. We cannot recommend George highly enough!"
