So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. Daniel concluded correctly that a raccoon was in my attic. He prescribed a plan, set up his equipment accordingly and explained what to expect and when. All went according to Danielâ s expectations, fully excluding the raccoon within a couple days. Daniel returned to sanitize and clean attic and perform other work. "The company respond quickly to my Angie's list request for a quote. I did remind them of the 5% discount for Angie members. The amount quoted was then lowered. I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. Orlando called before he came and was very pleasant and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hornets. He explained about the difference kinds and their behavior habits. Hopefully, the hornets will not come back and if they do I will not hesitate to hire Pointe Pest control again."

Corey worked hard to find the nest of ants, and I have seen only a couple staggering around the floor since the treatment earlier this week. "While he was here, we talked to him about our lawn because we had some questions. The gentleman happened to do lawn care prior to doing pest control so he gave me some comments about it and asked if I wanted Moyer Lawn to call me. They called and I talked to them and they were able to give me a deal to do some grub control and to aerate and seed our lawn for us. The grub control, aeration and overseeding were $188. I like the friendliness of the technicians that came out. This was different than the pest control guy. A different guy did the grub control than the one who did the aeration and seeding. They both did well with our dog. They were very friendly towards the dog and it was quick work. It didn’t take them very long. They were here in the time frame they said they would be. We got a discounted rate for those services since we also do the pest control. If you use them for other things, you get a discount on all the others because they provide a number of different home services. With the grub control, we were told we will be the first house call of the day which means they would be here before 8 a.m. and that didn’t happen. I called Moyer and the woman I spoke to said she would call the technicians and have them call me and ended up not calling me and they didn’t show up until probably around 9:15. All things considered, it’s not that much when we expected them but it was still slightly frustrating and then I planned to get this done before I went to work, and I ended up having to stay home much longer than I anticipated. As far as the aeration and seeding that we had done on Monday, they gave us a window. The technician called us and told us he thought he would be here and he was here within the 1-hour window that he gave us. The grub control technician who did not call us was still very friendly."
