"Discovered our 6 yo gas water heater developed a leak. Decided to call on these guys as they provide the annual maintenance for our A/C and furnace. Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. "Our 16-year-old Hot Water Tank died on Sunday and leaked all over. I went to Angi and asked two plumbers to give me quotes. One called almost immediately but I didn't like his price or his attitude. Frank, from Fast and Serious plumbers called me on Monday morning at 11:00 am. I explained my problem and that I wanted a new Hot Water Tank installed immediately. We discussed it in detail including the benefits of the different manufacturers' Tanks. We talked about the Warranties. Frank quoted me a price that was lower than the other Angi-referred plumber. We discussed everything in detail including the different Manufacturers' warranties. Having agreed on everything Frank said he'd be here to install it between 3 - 5 pm. He arrived at 4:30 pm. He drained and removed the old Tank and installed the new one. Everything went smoothly. We have hot water! Frank and his assistant left at 6:15pm. Amazingly fast. Friendly. Professional in every way. Recommended. "

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

I checked the price of this job ahead of time as I always do with any work that needs to be done at my home. Parts and labor, I always need to know up front. I do not like it when any workers come off as greedy and try to insult my intelligence. I hope the work of this young man lasts. However, I would have been able to give him 5 stars, if he had chosen to fully conduct himself as a professional in the end. This plumber was paid $1700.
