"Gary, the owner, sent his crew who arrived at the designated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to the cleaning I had a lot of questions and Gary was always responsive and kind, never frustrated with me, which could have easily happened, because not only did I ask him many questions, but, I also changed the date for the service two or three times as we had the So Cal May Gray which we hadn't seen in a number of years. The heat we had in the winter had disappeared and I needed for the carpet to be dry by the end of the day. The carpet and upholstery came out very well considering that both the sectional and the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The nap of the carpet came back and looks great. The area on the arms of the sectional where it was dirty from normal use they got it clean and the sectional looks great too. I will have Gary come and clean for us at least once a year if not every six months.
The cleaning took about 2 hours. We had him clean the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedroom plus the huge sectional. Everything was pretty much dry by 6pm. CCR did a great job

"They did a good job. They were here for 5 days. There was a lot of glue residue which took some time  to remove (more than a day) before they could proceed with the refinishing. They seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They sanded and also put down two coats of sealer. They also did a wood transition strip treatment between the living room and hall way. I let them come up with  suggestions or recommendations to how it should look. They really did a good job; the floor looks great. These guys seem to be real top of the line, providing good quality."

In the showroom, Andre was extremely knowledgeable and quite patient as we pondered each color and texture.  The carpet that we chose with his assistance is quite handsome, coordinates with the rest of the décor and is durable enough to withstand the traffic on the stairs.  Eli came to the house to measure the rooms.  He was very professional and also obviously quite an expert.  The layout of the blueprint that he provided to the installers resulted in a beautifully seamless finish.  Melquiades and Floencio did an outstanding job of installing the carpet.  I had no idea that the stretching of carpet is so incredibly physical and exacting.  Every person was polite and willing to answer all our questions.  They all treated our home and us with respect.  I

One week after installation, we had water overflow extensively in one of our bathrooms, onto the landing and into our new carpet.  Although we chose to use a very fine contractor who has a subcontractor to cover carpet, we chose to have Felikian's handle the removal and replacement of the affected carpet.  Again, they were prompt, efficient and professional in their response.

"Sonny Perkins is the best. He is patient and thorough, helped us consider options, and suggested that we move out until the rooms were dry and chemical odors dissipated. He was recommended by the contractor who was repairing the outside walls and surfaces where the water entered. Sonny coordinated with the contractor and returned several times to adjust the drying machines and bring carpet samples. He went out of his way to find the same carpeting that had been installed 9 years ago. Sonny's prices were very reasonable and the carpet installation is perfect. He and his crew were very careful of our safety, and they went beyond the usual workmen in cleaning up as they worked. We have already engaged him for another small project for padding to protect a large area rug on wood floor in the living room. We have also given his name to our friends who plan to re-carpet several rooms."

"John and the staff at Alden's Carpet and Drapes are absolutely the best.  They're friendly, knowledgeable and work to your schedule.   We installed new carpet in two large master bedrooms, a hallway, landing and stairs.  The installation crew arrived at 7:30 AM, moved all the furniture, including an upright piano, had the old carpet and padding removed and new padding and carpet installed and the furniture back in place before 11:00 AM.  These guys are the greatest."
