However, the only reason they didn’t get a five star rating as he did not ask me what size downrod I wanted and installed the longer one and I wanted the shorter one. When I asked him, he said it’s too late to change it now. However, he was courteous and kind. Just didn’t follow through on what I had asked because he said it would take too much to change it."

I always appreciate different perspectives and the conversation that is "if I were you, I would..." or "have you thought about..." This week, Matt and Tim came for the work, and can't say enough about how great the work is, their professionalism, and attention to detail. Looks great! Great communicator, I knew what they were going to do, what was expected. Matt, Tim, thank you for your work! Will definitely use Evans Electric again, and refer my friends to them as well."
