"He installed my water heater on time, and on budget. He was aa real craftsman. He also cleaned up and left nothing behind but hot water."

"He knows what he's doing. He fixed the water shutoff and installed the new water heater in only a couple of hours. Worked smoothly with the city to shut off the water and get it back on after the repairs."

"Fish was great! We have been experiencing high water bills and have been unable to diagnose the source of the leak. Fish chased down all causes even crawling through our crawl space! He was through, explained things multiple times to both my wife and myself. He was a professional throughout. I highly recommend!"

"John and Michael are great; true professionals. Arrived on time, did quality work replacing our water heater and cleaned after the job. Will be calling them again and definitely will refer this pair to friends and family."

"North Lake repaired and replaced multiple water pipe issues for us, and installed a new water heater. Our kitchen drain line and sump pump lines were old and needed replaced. The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."

"Justin helped us find a good unit for a great price. Wasn’t the easiest replacement as our A coil is in the attic. Unit is quiet and keeps the upstairs cool."
