"M & M Roofing re-roofed my Round Rock home in May of 2022 and did an excellent job on this $13K+ project. The same crew also did a separate small siding repair for me a week earlier. Bob Mills is the most attentive, thorough, and honest of the 5 roofing managers I've selected over the years. His bid was competitive but not the lowest -- I've made the mistake in the past of just going with the lowest bidder. This company, M&M, is large enough to be reliable and accountable. Their parent company, also called M&M, is based in Houston but I dealt only with the Austin organization. The crew of 3 finished in 3 1/2 days, an approach I prefer because the quality of workmanship is noticeably more even with a smaller crew. Bob and his area supervisor Dan communicate well, offer good advice, and follow through on promises. I recommend them to family and friends without reservation, and I would use them again."

"Keith Stickle with ReJuven8 Roofing just completed a metal roof install on our home. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did for us. In my time I have worked with contractors to build two houses, multiple add-on remodels, and a large metal barn. I can tell you Keith and ReJuven8 is by far the best experience I have ever had working with a house contractor. They were professional and very prompt from the beginning, answering all my questions (I am an engineer by occupation so I had plenty of questions) and provided status updates throughout the process. I don’t normally post reviews, but I am compelled to write this review because if you were like me, searching for a “good” metal roofing contracting based on internet information was very difficult at first. I talked with several contractors, but the responsiveness from Keith and his understanding of the installation process (he used to install metal roofs himself) was head and shoulders above the other companies I talked with. From a roofing perspective my house roof was a rather complicated design with 5 dormers protruding through the roof line along with the entire roof being on a steep 12x12 pitch, and includes a large rock chimney to seal against. When I was first considering a metal roof upgrade from my previous shingle roof (being replaced due to hail damage), I was a little apprehensive on installing a metal roof with all these joints and intersections. The most important thing for me was to find a contractor that could do a quality job since this will be our retirement home one day so we will own this house for many years to come. They did an excellent job and took the time required to do it right. Our house sits in the Sam Houston National Forest and they also did a great job of keeping the jobsite and surrounding woods picked up from litter and shingle material that was removed as part of the job. The actual roof they installed for us is a Berridge Cee Lock Standing seam metal roof, and we couldn’t be happier with how this roof improved the exterior look of our house. Also during the middle of roof install was the extreme cold spell in Feb 2021 with snow and ice where the temperature at our property got down to 9F. From day one ReJuven8 did a great job of weatherproofing the roof throughout the roof install job. Even with the roof partially complete and some areas of our roof having 6 inches of snow and ice there were no water leak issues. If you are looking for a quality job and a sales rep that is easy to work with and monitors the quality of the job throughout the installation process, I highly recommend that you talk with Keith at ReJuven8. "M&M Roofing did a good job of replacing my roof. Due to an issue I had with an add on sun room the work had to be performed in two stages. The area manager, Nathan Contello, and his crew were very helpful and accommodating in helping me resolve and fix the issue before installing the new roof. They did a good job with the roof installation as well. Nathan was easy to work with and responsive to my communications. I would highly recommend M&M Roofing!"

"Simplex Roof Repair was a prayer answered! As a single woman, it can be difficult to find trustworthy, capable service providers who listen and take me seriously. Company Founder Jose Cabrera was all of that and more. Jose responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a visit on MY first available date. I did not have a huge job, but Jose did not treat my work with any less urgency or importance than a bigger job. I had procrastinated on repairing roof, fascia and soffit damage from Hurricane Ida, and it was a month before the start of a new hurricane season. After meeting Jose and discerning that he was a person of integrity, I showed his some additional work I needed (terminate damage repair In the shed, patio light installation and mildew on the stucco and gutters), which he accommodated at a discount. Jose quoted me a very fair price, and within a week, all of the work was completed to my great satisfaction. There were a couple of punch list items, but those were remedied immediately. Of all the things I needed done, the thing that excited me the most was the renewed curb appeal from the soft washing of my house. It felt so good to drive up to a clean house! Not only did the team clean the stucco and gutters, per my request, but they threw in the roof and the stamped concrete on the patio. "In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had. They also replaced some cracked window paines and pressure washed my entire house including windows. I highly recommend JC’s Residential - 5 stars!"
