"Where to begin? Superbowl Sunday our sewer backed up and we were referred to Friendly Plumbing. Within a few hours Ryan came and punched through the clog so the line would drain. The next day Corey came and completely cleared out the line. He ran a camera down and saw the damage done to the line from where our ground had settled and created a belly where "crap" was getting trapped. Also there were several sections where the huge tree in our yard had broken through the pipes with its roots. Two weeks later Casey and Porter came and fixed the pipe that had sunk and lined the rest of the pipe to make sure the roots would not plug up the sewer line. Bottom line, they were quick, efficient, comparable in price, but most of all they were very friendly. They made a horrible situation bearable. This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater.
