I am a learner and like to know everything that's going on and why and what products are used. I have severe reactive asthma and was not able to use the downstairs bedroom at first. They are very professional, I never heard one foul word or saw a fit of anger. On the negative side they seem to have a lot of experience with new construction but need some guidance on remodeling where modifying and making things just work is a requirement.
