"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"Mr. Lanier inspected my property from what I was told by others was an armadillo. Mr. Lanier disagreed, set traps for a raccoon that evening. The following morning I woke up to find Mr. Raccoon! Truly satisfied with services rendered and animal tracking expertise."

"LaJaunie’s installed my termite protection and I use them for other pest control. Their CS was impeccable. The Reps were on time for each service call and showed that they really want the customer to be satisfied. And an added bonus, they use a credit plan that can’t be beat. Great job!"

"After inspection, he stated to me that I had raccoons and rats in my attic space and that I needed my insulation changed (which is true). However, the I giving a neutral score of C is because when I asked about cost he stated that it would be $6500 to remove any wildlife, make any repairs to my home, and add insulation. My problem with this was he could not tell me where they were getting in which made me wonder how can you charge me to repair something and you have know idea what to fix. My second issue was that it was all or nothing. There would be no setting traps if he couldn’t fix repairs and put in new insulation. I decided to pass on Capture Critter for these reasons."

Once the housecleaning was finished, the owner came to my home for introductions and inspection of the job performance, which I truly appreciated. Thank you for a job well done!
