"There was minor scheduling mishap where the scheduler put the wrong date on their calendar, but when I called to ask where the plumber was, they immediately worked to get a plumber to my house within 20 minutes. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work.
