"Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.

Recently renovated my kitchen with Precise Home Builders, the service overall was excellent.  When Moshe showed up for the appointment he was very professional and his 3D rendering of my kitchen and the fact that he promised a brand new kitchen in less then 4 weeks, had me convinced to give him the business. The project took almost 3 1/2 week with demolition, electrical, painting and installation of cabinets.  The workmanship on the cabinets is outstanding.  The project also had a foreman-Gabi, he was always on top of the work and always tried to accommodate me.  From the company's office- Lee was always calling and checking to see if everything was in order and giving me a heads up to what work was going to happen the next day.  Moshe also was checking frequently with me to see if everything was to my satisfaction, even went with me to select the granite for my countertops.  I would recommend Precise Home Builders to anyone who is looking to remodel their home."

"I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews.  Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first.  The work done overall was good, however...

The clean-up was poor.  There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles.  I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is.  When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here).  The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already.  I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items.

He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt.  The work was decent enough.  I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. 

Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide.  And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."

"Bought voucher and received message in Angie's List inbox from vendor. Called vendor, but they were busy, they called me back later. They were not very polite on the phone, as if I was bothering them. They wanted to know my spouse's name, which I thought was unusual so I asked why they needed this, and their response was rude. They asked about what drywall needed repair, and I described the work, and their response was accusational about me causing the damage, versus just giving me quote or talking about the repair. They were not available in the time frame I needed the work to be done. We did schedule an appointment just to look at the house (not perform the work) for 12/12, which is too late, which I will call them and cancel tomorrow. Overall, it was not a good experience with this vendor."
