"I worked with Tyler from SwiftPro and had a great experience with installing a new heating and cooling system in my apartment. Moises and Oscar did the install and did a great job protecting my apartment and doing a professional installation. I highly recommend them for your hvac and plumbing needs!"

"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"WT was great! Diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and fixed the issue of water pressure. Went an extra step and took samples of water. Great to have an experienced friendly person come out on a Friday afternoon which was less than 24 hours from my call."

"Tommy was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at both appointments on time and got the valve and water heater replaced quickly. I would highly recommend them. I comparison shopped two other plumbing companies during the day and DB's was the best in knowledge and price."

"Fantastic company. We had a water heater installed. The installer was fantastic. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will use them again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.."

"Myself and my parents have both used air force one for new hvac system installations and have been very happy with the quality of the service we received and the materials they used. Jimmy the owner was very easy to work with and paid attention to all my needs surrounding budget and areas we wanted to improve. I highly recommend them!"

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."
