Josh, the estimator, was on time, walked through some issues he found with my exterior (wood rot and replacement of siding on the outside of my gas fireplace due to weed wacker damage, and leak in same area) in addition to the painting. I had a two-person team (Thomas and Matthew) for two days to complete the work. They did a fantastic job: kept me updated with any changes needed to complete the work, were always punctual, friendly, and professional; and cleaned up the area after completion.
