"We were very please with our decision to hire Bledar & family to provide us with excellent value, workmanship & professionalism in painting my garage floor, front porch & screened porch. We would definitely hire them again."

"I have used JW Home Improvement services for several years and they never disappoint. Pablo Molina and Mario Cortex were true artisans; professional, and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the project. They restored my 33-year-old porch to its original state."

"MJM did an excellent job at repairing my deck and fence, and also power washed the house siding. The deck looks like new."

"They have done a lot of work for me and my family and we are always pleased with the results, we highly recommend Kozan Construction."

"Everything Gus and his team did they did to an extraordinary quality, which is not something I can say about many other people in any field. Following careful discussion & photograph, taking, and quite competitive and fair pricing, Gus will usually do a superior job to the one I was asking for or expecting, w. better materials, excellent workmanship & more than easy communication. And concientious clean-up always. One example: I had to replace an old but attractive wood pourous fence. Gus managed to save parts of the old fence and artistically mix them w. necessary new pieces; it could not have been architected more beautifully. I recommend Gus & Sons, & Edgar his foreman, without reservation, after several months of varied high quality work on my large home. I don't think they're able to do work of an incomplete, uncareful or unthoughtful manner. Highest Recommendation."

"We had a great experience with BST Design & Build. The project was scoped out, started on time and took about 5 weeks which was in the estimated 4-6 week schedule. During the project, questions were answered and the onsite team was very responsive to our wishes, even being creative to ensure our needs were addressed. We couldn’t have been happier with the onsite project lead, Abi. The site was keep clean each day and the end result looks great!"

"Repaired, dressed and painted an old and long-neglected basement floor for me — awesome work! Small family business, owner is directly involved in every quote and job."

"Excellent! We could not be happier with the work that Sean and his team did for us. They built us a beautiful screened-in porch (on a new deck), from soup to nuts, with everything we needed. The work product and attention to detail could not be beat. I can't say enough about how positive the experience was, from beginning to end. Sean was able to work with us in our budget, and find innovative and cost-effective solutions along the way when we had to make some adjustments to the project. He made solid recommendations for where our money was best spent and where we could find some savings, which we really appreciated - and his judgment was spot-on. His team (project manager Jaime) were professional, courteous, respectful of our neighbors, and careful to clean up and leave the site in good shape. They started the project even before anticipated and the actual construction time on site was very fast and ahead of schedule. This past year in particular, I know they've been in great demand -particularly with word of mouth and when neighbors see the work they do - and we're so glad we persisted, absolutely worth a short wait to get the best. Sean told us exactly where we were in the queue and they found a way to get started early - and as busy as they are, he always answered our calls and/or returned our calls immediately. We also particularly appreciated the benefit of his experience - he's extremely knowledgeable about options for different materials and manufacturers, and has great relationships with suppliers that he's able to draw upon, even while other contractors have to wait on materials during the pandemic construction boom. This made the project move very fast. We also appreciated the attention to small details that made the end product even better - things other contractors we spoke with hadn't thought of (e.g., a "beverage railing cap" to put your drink on; adding a mechanism to the door to our under-decking storage so no on accidentally locks themselves in; etc.). The whole experience was very positive, and we LOVE our new porch. Everyone who's seen it has been so impressed - including friends with construction knowledge - telling us what a quality job they did. Can't recommend them enough!"
