The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "Rodrigo came the same day I called to check out our leaking toilet. I thought I had to change out the flush valve because the fill valve and flapper were both fairly new. He did give me a price quote to switch out the valve but suggested I purchase a few flappers to see if it would make a difference.
