"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"We hired Lions Den Logistics to delivery a bulk item ( hot tub). Our delivery driver Andrew was professional and friendly. That led us to hire him do to the electrical for the tub and we have been enjoying it ever since! Since then, we have hired Andrew to do several other projects around the house. His prices are excellent in comparison to others and I didn't have to pay for a quote which is super nice.
