Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. "I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

Come to find out, it was electrical like we originally thought. He should have traced the issue before he went in and installed the new heater. UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue."
