I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB.
