"Very professional. Showed me the broken pipe, repaired it. Also told me how to turn water off to outside faucets to protect them."

"Talk about above and beyond. Dorian texted me immediately and FaceTimed to instruct how to shut off the gas and water line at 8 o’clock at night. He was at my door before 8 the next morning ready to work. He had the water heater replaced and the area cleaned up before I heard from another plumber. The work was excellent and he was the most cost effective. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone needing his services."

"My utility closet was a convoluted mess before the HVAC replacement and by the time these guys were done - it looks like SpaceX came in and cleaned things up. They even did some 'extras' for me included; install W/D replacement vent tubbing, drained the water heater, re-directing a variety of piping - the completed job is, to be it plainly, beautiful"

"The team did what I needed, a kitchen faucet installation and repair of leaky supply lines. Perfect job, clean, very detail oriented. Timely. Will definitely book another plumbing job with them."

"(Repair to leaky bathroom sink drain pipe)"

"Unfortunately, the Furnace needed three major repairs. Replaced furnace. More cost effective. Representatives were very knowledgeable, transparent, courteous and professional. (My brother does this work). This is why I have used this company for 15 years."

"Technician (Jeff) was excellent. Prompt, informative on options (replacing vs repairing) ancient kitchen faucet [time, cost]. Excellent work, completed in about an hour."

"Excellent service! I had a leak in my basement that I thought was ground water. Turns out the sewer was backed up. Fred was recommended to me by a local Elmhurst group. I called on a Wednesday night and he was available immediately. He was flexible to work around my work schedule. He was prompt and efficient. He also knew the area very well and was aware of the sewer systems and community regulations. I will definitely be using Fred and Sons for any future plumbing needs!"
