Jared, the technician, arrived at 11:00 and we received a phone call from the company to announce he was on his way. Jared came in and saw the main unit in the attic. Afterward, he explained that the cleaning would be a full day and explained the details. He gave us a written estimate of the cost to properly clean the ducts. Our home has 10 ducts and is 1680 square feet and the total cost would have been just under $1000. We paid the $107 for the service call, but will not likely contract with this company. The cost was more than we expected and we were told that the cleaning would not likely extend the life of the system, which is at least 20 years old.
