"Very nice, professional crew. Replaced HVAC system, including furnace, heat pump and thermostat in one day."

"Salesman showed up on a Sunday afternoon, listened to what I was looking for and tailored a solution to fit my needs, to included payment options and solutions. I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good."

"Six men replaced all duct work. They were very professional. Also had a new water heater replaced."

"We have had a wonderful experience with East Coast Water Quality. Mr. Joel Newcomb came to our house for an in-home water test and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful in identifying issues with our water and helping us get the installation scheduled. The installation tech who came was also very knowledgeable and made sure to walk me through everything I needed to know about our new system."

"I can highly recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions! They were professional during the entire process. They provided quality service and were punctual for both the estimate and repair. We had a lot to fix, and it was an overall good value. They offer a discount for multiple projects on the same ticket, this discount helped a ton! In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck. We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running. Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing. They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet!"

"Replaced switch and checked wiring. Fixed problem."

"Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!"
