"Steve and his assistant Eric arrived as scheduled. Asked how long it would take to replace our water heater after confirming price discussed and agreed to. He said 1 1/2 hours! Only took about 20 min to remove old heater. After a total of 1 1/2 hours, the new one was operational as Steve said. Warrantee and price adjustments were as agreed to.
