"We requested a quote on-line on a Saturday, received call on Monday and scheduled inspection for estimate on Tuesday.  The estimators were very professional, explained what would need to be done to correct the problem, and what we could expect from the work.  We were pleased with the estimate and signed contract.  Work began on Wednesday and was completed on Saturday.  The technician gave us his business card for us to call him direct if we had additional issues.  Very satisfied with the work and have already recommended this company to others.

He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. Every day when he left, he cleaned up anything he used and left no mess (really we left a bigger mess). He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
