"I contacted Bath Planet to get an estimate to have my Master bath remodeled. From my first encounter with Jennifer and Tyler I have received beyond exceptional service! Tyler helped design my bathroom to be more convenient and updated. Once we had everything picked out to my specifications, John , Andrew and Josh came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have my bathroom completed in a reasonable amount of time! There were some delays, but during the time there was ice on the roads so under those circumstances it was understandable. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the entire process, they were quick to do extra when I asked. Any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas for your bathroom remodels! And I would like to add "the price was right". Thank you so much for the excellent work!"

"Everything went very smoothly and just exactly how Brandon said it would.  Brandon was on the job site most of the time supervising the crew, checking with me about any concerns or details, or swinging a hammer with the guys to finish up a long day.  All of the crew were very clean cut and polite.  They cleaned up the job site every night including sweeping and blowing off all dust and dirt.  This is the kind of contractor you want to deal with, someone who knows how it is done and has a crew that works for him and knows what they are doing.  Not the kind that just wants to sell you a job and then hire a random crew to do it.  The honesty and knowledge of Brandon Favano is refreshing and I can wholeheartedly recommend him for roofing, waterproofing and associated construction.   We now have a beautiful and functional front porch.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."

"the technician didn't have the switch needed. Requires an additional call. Why don't they ask the make and model of the machine when you place the service call???? It was obvious that a specific switch was bad, based on the details of the complaint."

"Great company all around. Tracy and his crew did a full remodel of my home. Not only were they fast, but thorough. i bought my home for 8k and it now looks like it is a 50k house. Excellent and very nice people!"

"Never had a problem. Their process is the easiest. You just call AHS with your problem, they get one of their screened providers to call you and set an appointment, the guy comes to either fix the problem on the spot (cost to you, $75 fixed), OR he comes, inspects, and gives a quote that may include things not covered by your contract (cost to you, $75 fixed). Then you either ok any additional costs and he fixes, or you ok if it's no additional costs and he fixes. If you don't like quote, call AHS and get a 2nd quote from another screened provider for no additional cost. What could be easier?"
