They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Mark and his crew started by remodeling my last remodeled 70’s kitchen by tearing it out, and starting with a clean slate. They removed a bank of cabinets to open up the area so that it blended with the family room. The floor was tiled, new cabinets installed, a granite counter top installed, backsplash applied. I really appreciated Mark’s knowledge in selecting materials and and helping me make decisions. I couldn’t have such a beautiful kitchen without his guidance. I love the kitchen because it is modern and updated, and my neighbors and family are amazed because it looks larger and is such an improvement over the old kitchen. It is so easy to work in. Mark also replaced my front door with a beautiful new door that lets more light into my hallway. The keypad lock is something that I love, and again, my family and neighbors love the door. The crew also put up a new mantle on my fireplace, and tiled the fireplace, as well all the hallway in front of the new door. They also painted all the public rooms, in new, bright colors, so the whole inside of the house looks new, and not a throwback from the 1960’s. His crew was hard working, very professional, and were very conscious of keeping the workplace clean and organized. My dog happily greeted them every morning and was looking for them every day. Mark and the crew were easy to get along with, and really concerned with doing a great job. Mark had all the details in his head, and they worked constantly to make sure all the small stuff was done and the whole job was well done. He really enjoys the whole process. The guys showed up at 6 am (when my dog got me up every day) ready to go. Before they left for the day, they cleaned up and organized for the next day. I am so thrilled with the inside if the house, we are now getting ready to have Mark and his crew take care of the outside of the house. Mark arranged to have the roof reroofed, and replaced the skylight that were leaking. There are other things that still need to be redone, since nothing was done on the outside since the 60’s, including a new deck, new gutters, and woodwork. I am so pleased with the inside, and I am sure that the outside will be just as good."

"Bert Brian was a pleasure to deal with. He delivered what he promised when he promised. His workmanship is very good. When I mentioned a couple of things that concerned me, he made corrections gladly without hesitation. Bert replaced moldings, bifold doors and the bedroom and bathroom doors. He also built a custom mantel on the fireplace that is beautiful. My neighbor came to see my new doors and has already hired him. I trust him and will call him again."

"It was excellent, from the sales person who came for estimating and pricing thru to installation.
Basically our old shower unit in the master bathroom was always dirty even though we used a ton of different products to try to get it all cleaned. So we decided to remodel and went through a few quotations before deciding to go on Angies List and there we found Bath Tub Liners.
The waiting period from pricing thru to installation was a little longer than expected and then the dates they were available we were not, but on day of installation we hardly noticed any work was being done at our house.
The installer was extremely careful and clean, he bought dust sheets to cover carpeted areas, he removed all debris after each piece he removed and on finishing work gave us a complete run down of how everything worked and how it should all be cleaned. He even explained that we would have been cleaning that old shower unit for years and it would still be dirty looking as water had gotten behind the old tiled walls. So he made adjustments to the walls so that would never happen ever again. He was really nice.
We are now proud of our master bathroom thanks to this company and would definitely recommend anyone to use them.
