"Mr. FIX IT has a great customer service team that are very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed every step along the way! The installation team of Kevin and Eddie were very professional and possessed ultimate knowledge of their task. They installed a new "Jacuzzi Bath" converting my 40 year old bathtub/shower combination into a beautiful and modern walk in shower! It looks fantastic! I will say that the conversion was not cheap, but quality materials and workmanship never is! I highly recommend "MR. FIX IT" and would not hesitate to use their services in the future! "Paolo is an amazing contractor. I'm usually pleased if a contractor is responsive, or honest, or creative. Paolo is all of the above and more. He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. His craftsmanship is beyond reproach and his crew were wonderful to have around the house (especially his father who works with him). If you can get him on your schedule, I recommend him without any hesitation.."

"Two of the Upgrade Remodeling pro's showed up and did the whole job in a excellent manner. The installed and cleaned up an in a superior manner. I would highly recommend for bathroom remodel or any other job you might have for them to do."

"Work Randy's done has been excellant. The only problem for me, is that he has a very busy schedule and has to fit work on my house in when he has the chance. Based on work done so far I'd highly recommend him. In fact, I have.

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. I just want my job completed and after that I won’t contact Remodel USA again!!"

"Very responsive. Came early to assess a project and completed it a week prior to schedule. Nice trustworthy workers. Felt very good about having them in my home."

"We recently completed an attached 2 car garage with finished space above, a large undertaking, and hired Christian with Nighthawk construction. My husband and I Couldn’t be happier with the results. His communication was top notch, always responding to our calls and texts quickly and keeping us in the loop and up to date with plans and progress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. He was able to troubleshoot effectively and helped us navigate the home renovation process. We really enjoyed working with him and are thrilled with the final results. The addition looks fantastic and he was able to do it all within our budget. We have recommended him to everyone and won’t hesitate to use him for any future projects."

"Did not use lawn service.  I was looking for someone to do snowplowing for my apartments.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
