Resolved the improperly roofed areas with 30 yr. rubber membrane.....which no other roofer suggested or recommended. Increased attic ventilation with installation of ridge vents. Installed ice/water shields under valleys and all eves. Because of threatening weather he was conservative in stripping off the old shingles and brought in additional crew to ensure completion of shingling prior to possible storm.
