"We had a phenomenal remodeling experience with Modern build solutions . We hired them to do a large scale remodel on our kitchen, guest bath, staircase, and living room. From design to demolition to construction and throughout the project Modern build solutions exceeded our expectations. At the initial design meeting Simon was able to listen to our wants and needs and create a design that was beyond our imaginations and at the same time exactly what we wanted. The layout and flow of the kitchen are perfectly suited to our current lifestyle and will be able to grow with us for decades. In addition the quality of materials, workmanship, and warranty have left us feeling like we made a great investment in our home and our future."

"I am thrilled with our new, custom Shaker cabinets! Don, and his crew, was great to work with. We are remodeling ourselves without a builder contractor, and Don worked easily with our other trades in the house and with our layman cabinet drawings to start his measurements/CAD drawings. He still met our timeline and that was after adding an additional room that got sprung on us last minute! The install went professionally and on time as well :) I can’t wait to see the final product when we paint and stain. Highly recommend."

"We hired them to remodel our bedroom, great job, very reliable, highly recommended."

"I recently undertook my first remodeling project, a shower remodel, with Carl. Overall, the experience was positive, thanks to the quality of work and his expertise, though there were some delays and unexpected costs. The standout aspect of Carl’s service was his excellent attention to detail. The finished shower looks fantastic, and you can clearly see the pride he takes in his craft. He is clearly very knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his abilities. However, the project did take longer than originally anticipated. While some delays were understandable and of no fault of his. Other mishaps during the remodeling prolonged the timeline. One significant issue was a water leak that had us thinking our wood floors would be damaged, which added to my concerns but it was resolved quickly with no damage. Regarding cost, the final bill was higher than I expected. While the quality of the work was excellent, it felt quite costly compared to my initial budget. I'm assuming it aligns with comparable remodels, but it's something to keep in mind if you’re working within a strict budget. I appreciated Carl’s professional advice and willingness to offer suggestions on various aspects of the remodel and around our older home. His helpfulness was appreciated and was kind enough to even assist neighbors with various things. His insights were valuable and helped enhance the overall project. In summary, I am happy with the end result of my shower remodel, thanks to the exceptional work and expertise of Carl. While there were improvements needed in terms of timeliness and clarity in pricing, the quality of the finished product and the professional guidance provided made the experience worthwhile."

"Project: Remodel a Kitchen Roy and Mac are very professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. We had a pretty major remodel which was a taking a wall out of the kitchen to open it up to the dining/living area. This include removing cabinets, adding cabinets, refinishing cabinets, adding new beams for structural bracing, re-texturing and painting wall, adding light fixtures, etc. We also had an existing porch expanded and enclosed for a sun-room at the same time the kitchen was coming together. The kitchen and sun-room both turned out great!"
