"We requested a quote on-line on a Saturday, received call on Monday and scheduled inspection for estimate on Tuesday. The estimators were very professional, explained what would need to be done to correct the problem, and what we could expect from the work. We were pleased with the estimate and signed contract. Work began on Wednesday and was completed on Saturday. The technician gave us his business card for us to call him direct if we had additional issues. "This month (April, 2016), I retained the services of One Call Roofing and Remodel to apply a new roof and new gutters to my home in Hoover, Alabama. Steve Stamba prepared a quote for the job and within just a few days the entire project was completed. Steve and his brother, Joey, were a pleasure to work with and the roofers who did the work did a fantastic job. They made it look like a brand new house. "Luke did an EXCELLENT job! His estimate was fair and didn't change mid-job. He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. Every day when he left, he cleaned up anything he used and left no mess (really we left a bigger mess). He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there. He is professional, polite and a very talented young man. We already have plans to hire him for additional projects. Choosing this young man would not be a mistake. We are amazed at the work he did and this was definitely money well spent. Thank you for your work Luke!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
