"When we decided to remodel, we were prepared to face the â  horror storiesâ  that were told to us by different people that had remodeled before. Instead, we experienced quite the opposite with Top Leader Construction. Everything was done in the time they expected. Added costs were kept at a minimal and the process seemed to flow accordingly. I have had people passing by and friends ask us the name of our contractor. We would highly recommend Top Leader Construction."

"We live in a very old house that was built in 1923 that has a ton of "character." The house is constantly shifting as old houses tend to do. We noticed there were major cracks in the walls and that the front of the house was leaning and pulling away from the center more than usual. Also, there is a double chimney at the center of the house and the surrounding floors were being sucked down towards the fireplace. We called a number of foundation companies to come out and give estimates. In addition, we asked a number of friends and acquaintances who have foundation work done. More than one person directed us to Aztec or the former company name AAA. They came out and gave the initial estimate and were very reassuring and worked with us to determine a plan of action within our budget. They were prompt and professional. Job was well done and they guarantee their work. Note: We used to live in San Antonio and owned an older home that had foundation issues. We had foundation work done by 3 different companies so I can honestly say that Aztec here in Brownsville was one of our more positive experiences.

"I think he actually delivered the plans June, 1st.  I wouldn't use them again. I would have liked them to have been more proactive. He basically just took my ideas and made the design and as a person that is not an expert in that field, I would have appreciated more of his expertise rather than him just taking my ideas and doing his design on them."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"Baird Construction Company did a good job. They have an engineer that came out and made sure everything was going well. They didn't tear up my yard any more than they had to. They made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. They got the job done in the time frame that they said they would."

"The technician was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his diagnostics and completed the work in a timely manner. In addition, he was vey personable and readily answered any questions I had."

"We talked to Mr. Munoz on a Monday and he started the very next day. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and gave us ideas to help us out. He gave us a price for each piece of the remodel so it was easy to track. He was very flexible. We were slightly under budget so we added another project which Mr. Munoz took on without hesitation. The quality of work was excellent and the prices reasonable. I would hire The Renovators Unlimited again in a heartbeat."

"Mauricio and his crew did a great job.  The addition is beautiful.  He is very easy to work with on design and will go that "extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied.
