"Matt and Heather are excellent workers. They replaced all doorknobs and hung new light fixtures , repaired and replaced ceiling damage and painted the interior of my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a major remodel or minor handy man services !"

"Their work was great and timely. Al made suggestions to help fulfill my vision for the spaces we were remodeling. Al even helped me finish a separate plumbing job I had started because he had better tools. Attention to detail and he went the extra mile over and over. I would hire them again."

"I contacted Bath Planet to get an estimate to have my Master bath remodeled. From my first encounter with Jennifer and Tyler I have received beyond exceptional service! Tyler helped design my bathroom to be more convenient and updated. Once we had everything picked out to my specifications, John , Andrew and Josh came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have my bathroom completed in a reasonable amount of time! There were some delays, but during the time there was ice on the roads so under those circumstances it was understandable. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the entire process, they were quick to do extra when I asked. Any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas for your bathroom remodels! And I would like to add "the price was right". Thank you so much for the excellent work!"

"Chris painted our den in the fall of 2012.  He did a great job and was very fast. We had to wait a few weeks for him to get to us but he kept me informed of his projected arrival.  He was very pleasant to work with and completely trustworthy. I had no hesitancy about leaving him in my home working. He was neat and left things in good order each day.  He is very intelligent and the most interesting painter I've ever worked with.
Chris' dad was a cabinet maker, so Chris is very knowledgable about primers and paints for wood finishes. He removed all of the knobs, and handles and transported the doors to his shop.  He was a perfectionists and sprayed them with a commercial sprayer.  They were absolutely perfect-he did a superior job.  We had originally planned to "glaze" them but they looked so good, we didn't want to cover the awesome finish that Chris acheived.  In addition to the awesome paint job, it turned out that many of the doors were crooked which didn't show up very much with the wood finish.  But, once painted, it did. He took the extra time to straighten them and drill some new holes, etc. for us.
Believe me, Chris is worth waiting for. We thought his prices were very reasonable. The last time that I had some cabinets painted, they peeled and chipped very quickly.  This finish isn't going to come off easily. Chris is the best!

"Paid cash. -----No definitive schedule initially. First startup delayed due to company ordering the wrong tile. Got the impression the company thought it was my fault until my evidence proved otherwise. Pricing of material not identified, rolled up into activity. To date unknown how much the tile cost, only that I had to pay $88.00 more for upgrade. Had to request additional shoe molding along side sink cabinets in both bathrooms at the end of the project; one would think that would come with the project. Shoe molding and cost did not come into question until I started asking about the possible removal of my base molding. Both bathroom walls were left with technicians' hand print smears. I expected to pay more due to engaging a professional company. Anticipated more transparency and made to feel conflicted in choosing Paul' Tile when I made a request into the company related to quality and pricing of the tile; I only wanted to have some written description of pricing per unit and quality of the tile I selected. Never received any descriptive correspondence on the tile in my bathrooms; only a verbal that the company uses good products and that I got a discount."

"Had to pay an additional $100 to strip of bathtub refinish off before they could do the job.  The project turned out very nice.  Took about 4.5 hours to do.  Very professional service.

"We were very satisfied with the work. Shain is well qualified, prompt. and courteous. Additional time and work was required to make things look perfect in our historic home, and still came in on estimate. Shain and crew also performed cleanup after each work day, which wasuch appreciated.

We will use Shain again on future projects soon! He is a very good craftsman and the work us fairly priced.

"Wambo's Water Works Technician (Ronald) did an outstand job, in addition to informing me of work completed. He was very courteous. I would recommend Ronald and his company to friends."
