Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "Remodeled a small powder room. George and his crew were professional, efficient, reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. Had a small problem with the hole around the heat vent slightly blocked by the new tile, they were out in less then a day to fix it. "They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."
