"The experience was incredible. DCE is a family owned business that really does treat you like family!! CEO Rich Desantis walked Karen and I through every step of the process along with providing amazing knowledgeable support and advise as we had issue with our county building people! DCE was a Godsend in the 11th hour of signing a forced deal with an unethical well known contractor in north Georgia! This contractor had us to sign an iPad for a smaller project with no physical contract and after immediately requesting to increase the project we were told that the previous contract was canceled by calling the cancellation in but after 3 days this changed as the contract states that cancellations must be written. This locked me into not being able to negotiate a fair price for the increased size of the project But DCE came out and agreed to provide much more than we were getting from the previous contractor. Along with that DCE price came out to $20k less that the former contractor. The PC only agreed to building a gable style room that was 17x11 sqft and enclosing one side of our existing patio that was 7.5 ft with no flooring and not touch the existing patio area. For $77k DCE gave us the 17x11 room with LVT flooring, redid the existing patio with R30 insulation and flooring, 7 outlets, ceiling fan and window heating/air system for $56k! The price was so much better that we were able to upgrade to a nice Mitsubishi mini split, an upgraded additional lighting package, outdoor patio aluminum railing, with cap and under rail lighting. Final cost was $68k. So along with the $5k that we had to pay to get out of the previous contract we still came under on the PCâ s initial price with so mix more. We are so please with the family at DCE we named our sunroom the SonRoom in honor of our blessing through DCE and our other ministries such as the Gideons and womenâ s ministries through our church! replaced in my home by Dream Home Remodeling. 
This experience was the most positive and easiest remodeling project I
have experienced.  Luis Candela, the owner of the company, came to my home to demonstrate his product, which he did with excitement and pride.  He was so
detailed in his explanation of the benefits of his product and it was obvious
that his windows were far superior to any others that I had seen.  Although his windows were priced higher than the advertised prices of other companies, it was obvious from the beginning of his presentation that his product was better constructed and that Luis would do
anything he could to make the process easy and would go out of his way to make
everything work the way I wanted.  The
installation did end up to be a very easy and quick process.  The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. 
They were very accommodating by replacing everything they had moved and
cleaning up after completing the work. 
When Luis returned to inspect the results, he was so excited and proud
of how the project had turned out.  He
again explained to me the benefits of these windows over the competition and
the features that made them a superior product. There was one item that I had
initially requested that was not completed to my satisfaction.  He immediately remedied the problem without question, demonstrating his outstanding customer service.  He would not stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction.  I am so satisfied with this experience and with working with Luis, that I plan to use his company in the future to do some remodeling in my kitchen.  I know that I made a positive investment in my
home for now by enhancing the look of my home and saving my energy costs, but
also in the future by increasing the resale value of my home.  I would recommend Dream Home Remodeling with 100% confidence to anyone and look forward to working with this company in the future.

"The install went well.  They performed the back breaking labor without complaining and sitting around at break time very long.  They worked hard and did their jobs well.  The system was designed by the owner of the company and the labor was done by his crew while he personally explained to the team leader what we wanted done so that the system was set-up according to one plan and not hurt by several plans being merged together.  They didn't seem to mind me watching much of the work.  I even pointed out one or two things I had concerns about and they addressed my concerns well and made slight changes to make me feel better about the structure and complete & total ending operation.  We have had rain since they installed the system and I can see the water following the gravity system down the path of least resistance they made for it."
