"The experience was incredible. DCE is a family owned business that really does treat you like family!! CEO Rich Desantis walked Karen and I through every step of the process along with providing amazing knowledgeable support and advise as we had issue with our county building people! DCE was a Godsend in the 11th hour of signing a forced deal with an unethical well known contractor in north Georgia! This contractor had us to sign an iPad for a smaller project with no physical contract and after immediately requesting to increase the project we were told that the previous contract was canceled by calling the cancellation in but after 3 days this changed as the contract states that cancellations must be written. This locked me into not being able to negotiate a fair price for the increased size of the project But DCE came out and agreed to provide much more than we were getting from the previous contractor. Along with that DCE price came out to $20k less that the former contractor. The PC only agreed to building a gable style room that was 17x11 sqft and enclosing one side of our existing patio that was 7.5 ft with no flooring and not touch the existing patio area. For $77k DCE gave us the 17x11 room with LVT flooring, redid the existing patio with R30 insulation and flooring, 7 outlets, ceiling fan and window heating/air system for $56k! The price was so much better that we were able to upgrade to a nice Mitsubishi mini split, an upgraded additional lighting package, outdoor patio aluminum railing, with cap and under rail lighting. Final cost was $68k. So along with the $5k that we had to pay to get out of the previous contract we still came under on the PCâ s initial price with so mix more. We are so please with the family at DCE we named our sunroom the SonRoom in honor of our blessing through DCE and our other ministries such as the Gideons and womenâ s ministries through our church! "Todd Phillips did an amazing renovation of our 1950s rural family home built by my father who is now deceased. He would have been very happy with their work and the improvements that were made, and the reuse of some of the 100+ year old wood. My father actually recycled it from an old farmhouse that had once stood on the property. It is now a rustic backsplash in our new kitchen. Mr. Phillips was the only builder who responded to my request for a renovation estimate when our mother died several years ago. He came out and gave us a very fair price, but he knew then [he said] that it might be sometime before the job started. And it was. Years later I called him, and he remembered that time; we met and came to an agreement for the renovation of what was to become our retirement home. He is honest, communicates, offers professional and experienced advice, manages his subcontractors, and charges a fair price for the work. We have not had any problems with any of the work: Kitchen/Dining, 2 bathrooms (three-piece & four-piece both w/glass showers), bedroom, laundry/utility room renovations; new hardwood floors, floor tile, new windows and doors, plumbing & electrical, new walls, ceilings, interior painting and finishing throughout. We highly recommend Todd Phillips and hope that we will be able to get on his schedule for additional building projects."

"I recently had all the windows and a glass sliding door
replaced in my home by Dream Home Remodeling. 
This experience was the most positive and easiest remodeling project I
have experienced.  Luis Candela, the owner of the company, came to my home to demonstrate his product, which he did with excitement and pride.  He was so
detailed in his explanation of the benefits of his product and it was obvious
that his windows were far superior to any others that I had seen.  Although his windows were priced higher than the advertised prices of other companies, it was obvious from the beginning of his presentation that his product was better constructed and that Luis would do
anything he could to make the process easy and would go out of his way to make
everything work the way I wanted.  The
installation did end up to be a very easy and quick process.  The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. 
They were very accommodating by replacing everything they had moved and
cleaning up after completing the work. 
When Luis returned to inspect the results, he was so excited and proud
of how the project had turned out.  He
again explained to me the benefits of these windows over the competition and
the features that made them a superior product. There was one item that I had
initially requested that was not completed to my satisfaction.  He immediately remedied the problem without question, demonstrating his outstanding customer service.  He would not stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction.  I am so satisfied with this experience and with working with Luis, that I plan to use his company in the future to do some remodeling in my kitchen.  I know that I made a positive investment in my
home for now by enhancing the look of my home and saving my energy costs, but
also in the future by increasing the resale value of my home.  I would recommend Dream Home Remodeling with 100% confidence to anyone and look forward to working with this company in the future.

"These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. Very thorough and detailed with expert knowledge. Simply explain your problem to them and sit back and relax knowing you can expect the best.

"Richard is excellent! The only problem with Richard is that he is so busy that he still hasn't had time to get on my next project of levelling the floor, installing the heat strips and setting 500 sq ft of 6x36 ceramic tile. He's going to start that next weekend and I'm sure that I will be giving you another review. All joking aside, Richard is very professional. He has very good equipment which says knowledge and success. He priced the job low and still did several extra things that I asked him to do while he was there. He asked for no extra money. Being a business owner myself, I felt that the job was so well done that I increased the total by 30% and still felt that I was underpaying. (Update) First let me say that Richard is an outstanding human being. I would trust him with my wallet. He works very hard to please the Customer. We are doing a complete remodel of our guest house and so far Richard has done the entire bedroom. That includes sheetrock, tile floor, paint and trim. As I stated in the previous review, he did a great job hanging the rock and did it so cheap that I paid him extra. The tile in that bedroom, about 450SqFt., is 6" X 36" on a very unlevel concrete slab. He worked his butt off getting that tile down. It wasn't perfect but I don't think anyone could have done better with that very difficult tile job. So, the sheetrock and tile were very good but then came the painting. The painting was really bad. I think that he got behind his scheduling because of the high difficulty of the tile job and rushed the paint. He chose to spray the walls and there is overspray everywhere. He put down tarps but they mare really for brush and roller work, not sprayers. Paint also shows the flaws in the sheetrock finishing and there were more quite a few. Richard worked diligently trying to fix them. I actually felt sorry for him, paid him and let him get on to his next job. I have another painter coming in to repair the paint job and I am working nights with paint thinner to clean the tile myself. I would still use Richard on some projects now that I know his skill level. I just expected too much from a man that bills himself as a handyman. All that said, if you have any tile job, Richard is as good as any contractor out there. I don't want to cost Richard any work. I own my business and admit that I have high expectations from other self-employed businessmen."
