He made adjustments for materials he didn’t use and for things that he didn’t do. Tim kept us informed as to when members of his team would be showing up and the work they would be doing in advance so that we could plan accordingly. The subcontractors that he worked with, electrical, plumbing and tile, were very dependable also as to when they showed up and the quality of their work. "Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"It was great. He did the door in less than an hour. And it took him a couple of days with the bathroom. The bathroom looks great and he cleaned up after himself. I have already asked him to come back and do the other bathroom! Oh and i live in a mobile home and everyone stops me and tell me how nice my door is! Great job Mr. Jason! So if you live in a mobile home and is having trouble finding someone to remodel he is the one to call....he treated it just like it was a big house in green island hills!!!"

"It's a small house but they did a lot of work.  They had to take these big beams and the big long boards next to the ones that were already there that were termite infested.  My kitchen had sunk to the point that if there was any liquid on it, it would pour under the kitchen table.  It was no small job I guess.  They didn't crack the ceiling and I was so afraid that the house was so old.  I had the kitchen repainted and redone and was really afraid that I was going to see some cracked walls but all I saw was some doors.  I do have an issue that I need to call them back on because some doors are sticking now that the floors are even.  Other than that I was pretty pleased with them.  I don't know enough about what they did or how well they did but it appears that they did well.  If they respond to my problem that I'm having right now then I will use them in the future."
