"It looks good; however, time will be needed to see if things are indeed stable. They will come back in 6 months to a year for a final check. In 2013 (when the company was Evergreen) they encapsulated the very wet crawlspace. That is still performing well (though we've had to replace the original dehumidifier). A total of 12 "Intellijacks" were put in along with a supplemental steel I-beam and additional wood bracing of trusses. Holes were dug, filled with drainage gravel, cement footers installed to support the "Intellijacks" and the disrupted waterproofing redone. This was difficult work as the crawlspace is very low and the ground hard and rocky. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of all employees (office, professional, and work crews). We give the men who worked on this job all "5-star" reviews: Mike Gadjelov, Jacob Journell, Jordan Cook, and Alex Wilson. The only reason I didn't give a better grade on the price is it was such a big expense I couldn't bring myself to say it was "excellent." Since a house is one's biggest asset sometimes you just have to do it. Also, Nic Spruill (the Salem Production Manager) came in response to some further questions I had and will be coming back this week to shim some of the supports where needed. This company has the technical competence (and commitment to getting the proper permits for all work) to solve problems."

"I found them on Angie’s List. He showed me pictures of everything and what he took out. He showed me the work and it wasn’t like made up or anything. He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."
