It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!"

"We had Precise Repair and Remodel build an apartment in our basement. It is totally self contained and includes a kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, dining area, living room and bedroom. The work that Scott has done is nothing short of amazing. He has turned part of our basement area into a gorgeous and roomy apartment. His work is skillfully done and just gorgeous. He does what he says he will do and he is truly great at turning nothing into something fabulous. He is trustworthy and has absolutely done what we contracted him to do. "Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."

"Tremendous Work and Great People My wife and I chose Bradley Construction to build our Four Seasons Room based on some things we happened to see on the internet. Mark Crosby, project manager, came out to see what we wanted done and how we wanted it be designed. He and Terry Bradley, owner, came back and discussed the project with us and made great suggestions about how they would design the addition. We were quite pleased with their suggestions and asked for their bid. In a matter of days the bid arrived and we were quite comfortable with the projected cost. Bradley Construction was ready to begin the project inside of a month. Bringing a front end loader in to do preparatory work made us a little uneasy about the damage that would be done to the rest of our yard. Remarkably, the work was done with very little impact on the yard. Work began immediately and progressed smoothly. All the folks were nice and quite skilled with the work they did. During this process Mark Crosby was always around making sure things were down according to our wishes. Anytime something out of the ordinary arose, Mark would talk with us and offer suggestions about what we might choose. As the build progressed, Mark would let us know what and when we had to make choices dealing with color, flooring, and fans. The only slow down in the build was our choice of window manufacturer. The room was ready for the windows but it took some time for the window company to have windows readied and installed. Otherwise, the project was completed and the room is beautiful. We find we spend more time in this room than the rest of our house! Thanks Bradley Construction for the terrific work you did for us."

"I am so pleased with the work and service the Premier team provided. We recently purchased a home and Premier worked with us to add crown molding to the main floor and judges panel in the dining room and entry way. They also added trim around all of the windows in our home and built out a wall in our basement. Nick’s work was beautiful and his attention to detail was top notch. His team was efficient and completed the job on time. We also had our stairs redone to match our new flooring. Alex did an amazing job and the end result was beautiful! I can not say enough about the high quality of work Premier provided! I would absolutely hire them again!!"
