"We wanted a different look to the front of the house that required altering the framing for new windows. Harold was very thorough, both in what he quoted and how his team performed the work. He estimated correctly that the siding on the front of the house could be reused and pointed out how the design needed to be altered slightly as work progressed. We were very pleased with the whole project and have hired his team again for a smaller project. Due to the fairness of his price, I believe he is in high demand, and overlooked delays in responsiveness. We got a quote of $10,000 for the same job by one of the big firms in the area, where you may not have to wait as long. For me, it was well worth the savings to wait and be understanding."

"We interviewed five builders for our 310 square foot primary suite addition and interior reconfiguration. This included excavation for a new foundation, opening the existing foundation wall to join the spaces, a new walk out entrance, and site grading. From the beginning Konstantin Aleksandrov, the owner, listened carefully, made suggestions about layout and finishes, and was aware of every detail along the way. He maintained communication with the workers and with us. The crews were professional and personable (and punctual too!). Materials were ordered in a timely manner and managed on site. The the work area was orderly and well maintained on a daily basis. There was a flow of skilled subs: electrical, roofing, hardwood flooring, insulation, gutters, tile, drywall and painting. Building inspections were coordinated with the appropriate Town personnel to keep the project moving. We did select our paint, tiles, and bathroom fittings from area suppliers and then coordinated delivery and installation with Konstantin. Because of some Covid related supply chain issues with the exterior finishes, we added a complete re-siding project which involved the construction of a new front porch. The crews moved seamlessly from interior to exterior work. We are extremely happy with our addition and the new look of our house."

"I hired Adam to do a complete renovation on my tiny beach cottage. This was completed in January. In addition to my kitchen project they also installed a new front door and new side door (side door is in the kitchen) The kitchen remodel involved the removal of 2 walls and making 3 small rooms into one big spacious eat in kitchen with a breakfast nook. My laundry room was conveniently relocated to the basement and a small bathroom off my kitchen was updated as well. The workers were very respectful ,quiet, and cleaned up every day. I waited a bit longer than anticipated for the cabinets to come in but once they arrived, the project got started and the job moved right along. I was able to customize the design and much of the kitchen which was really important to me. I was also able to add upgrades and change my mind on some things late in the game. Adam always answered my calls and was able to accomodate my wishes. My new kitchen is beautiful and I would highly recommend Nauset Kitchens. He guided us through the process and executed the plan flawlessly. He helped with decision making and included us in any deviations from the script. All in all a very good experience. We could not be happier with our new kitchen. That is understating our happiness with the project. Project completed on time and within budget. Multi faceted project included carpentry, painting, plumbing and flooring. Highly recommended and would use again for future projects."
