Working with Dave Johnson, his crew and various subcontractors under his supervision has been a pleasure from the start.

During the planning phase Dave developed a thorough understanding of our desires by asking many questions, then pointed out potential problems and alternative approaches . He provided a full set of design drawings for our approval before proceeding to the estimate and contract signing.

Work on the addition began in early winter and continued through cold and stormy weather, Christmas and New Years holidays, and a six-week period while we were on vacation. Throughout that time Dave kept in frequent communication with us via Email and text messages, including photos, to show work progress and to answer any questions we had. The project continued to completion with minimum disruption to our daily lives after we returned from vacation.

We were pleased during the entire project with Dave's politeness, professionalism, expertise, attentiveness and attention to detail. His own work crew, as well as subcontractors, seemed well-versed in their areas of work and carried out Dave's desire for perfection. The result is a neat, well-finished addition which meets our highest expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave Johnson Builders to anyone looking for quality work from a qualified builder.

"The project has been very successful despite the cold winter. A&D has stayed the course and the new house looks beautiful. The work area has always been neat and picked up. The workmanship is top quality, workers all polite & professional."

"I very highly recommend Jamie Adams. He showed up on time, finished on schedule, and did an amazing job, absolutely top-notch work. He has attention to detail, finds great solutions to weird quirks that come with a property's existing layout. I trust his judgement, and take his recommendations/solutions. Which is saying a lot I am normally quite suspicious of contractors, but Jamie has won my trust and loyalty. If any of my buildings need work, Jamie will get it. The quality is great and the cost is reasonable, with no sticker shock."

"Very well. It is an old house with no straight walls. Craig worked diligently to make sure the bath walls we purchased fit and were plumb. The floor was also a challenge being uneven which Craig did very well addressing it. He used various techniques to level the floor and place the new tile. Very easy to work with and he had good solutions to the problems he faced. He always checked with us to be sure his actions met our expectations."

"We had our kitchen completely remodeled by Hutchins and Son. Owner Don is great to work with. He was able to provide us with the exact custom cabinets and custom color we were looking for. I highly recommend Don and his son ."

"I have used Far North for a number of projects from carpentry to electrical to furniture design and home remodeling work. Nate is great at setting expectations, partnering on the outcome and design goals, and is transparent with his pricing. Highly recommend him ; and if the job is outside his wheelhouse, heâ  ll let you know."

"Karl was very responsive, and very fast to start the job. He completed the work with high quality, and at a great price. Thank you!"

"Easy to work with. My kitchen cabinets were transformed from old to a Brand New Updated Look. Extremely happy with the results. Anyone would think that all the cabinets were replaced when it was only a refacing. Unbelievable how great they look. It was also done in just 5 days with very little cleanup."

"Great experience from begining to end, we are planning on having more work done in the near and far future. Resonably priced and the work was done extremely efficiently and the project area was cleaned and neat when the crew left."
