"Absolute Home Solutions is a fantastic company to work with. Greg takes great pains to be punctual and on schedule. His team consists of very pleasant, hard-working, professional people. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes to great lengths to make the customer happy. Here's the story...
Greg and his team agreed to lay sheet rock over existing ceiling in my home, in order to cover up outdated popcorn ceiling texture. We couldn't get into the house before the job began, and so he gave me an estimate based on my guess as to the square footage. On the day the job began, he was there early, drywall in hand, ready to go. This was a difficult job because there was a lot of ceiling to replace and only a few short days to do it. He took on the challenge, and even worked all weekend to make sure the job got done for me. The last two nights of the job, he stayed late repairing minor blemished and finishing touchups. He also returned several times after he was finished and paid in order to check the work and provide additional cleanup on this messy job. In the end, the job got completed on time, and the new ceilings look great. His original estimate was a few hundred low, but that's to be expected since he had to put it together sight unseen. 
I have a few more updates to do in this house, and I will definitely be calling Greg for them. He's now my go-to man for all future remodels.

"Jeff's Lawn Care sent three workers to re-work an over-grown flower bed. The workers dug out three bushes from the area and removed the existing landscape fabric, rocks, and mulch. They then planted two small shrubs. They covered the newly-cleaned area with mulch and dug a hole for a small tree that hadn't arrived yet from a Pasco nursery. The workers were polite, showed up when they were scheduled, and cleaned up their mess when they finished. They were careful not to disturb the underground sprinklers. They returned a few days later and planted the small tree. I was disappointed that no amendments were added to the newly un-covered soil before planting and mulching. The workers were not provided with any soil amendments, so obviously they did not know that task needed to be done. I thought that task was part of the bid. After the workers left, I re-planted the two new bushes, using amended soil that I created. Later, I told one of the owners that I was disappointed about the condition of the soil. I was told that it is only necessary to amend the soil in the locations where items are being planted. But the workers were not told to do that, and were not provided with the relevant material. I was charged the bid amount for the work, although it took two tries to get the bill correct. I like this company and employ them for a number of on-going services. I just wasn't totally satisfied with this particular landscaping job."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
