I had to wait an additional month for them to finish the porch. If they had someone in receiving checking the contents of the boxes, not just the quantity of boxes they could have caught the error early. As it was I had to wait an additional month and they had to send a crew to our house twice. The porch looks great and I am happy with the job, but not the process."

Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
