"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Excellent services from ALL service providers. Very professional, good preventative maintenance suggestions. Would definitely use again. The ONLY challenge was scheduling of service dates by CHW. None of the providers actually came at the time CHW initially stated. After the first “no-show” I called that provider and learned that CHW possibly schedules appointment times they have NOT first confirmed with the providers. I then contacted the other 2 scheduled providers and confirmed actual appointment dates/times. There was another issue involving the setup of my account so I could have access online, but a CHW customer service representative was able to resolve this after the first call. It works really well to go online to request services, just be sure to contact the provider yourself to confirm the appointment. Regarding cost, all 3 services were covered by the $75 service call fee ($225). Locksmith was additional as I requested additional services."

"I originally needed my deck repaired but decided to have it replace instead. I had KZ Builders come out and they were so helpful in giving me ideas on what to do. They were very polite and professional. They started on time and finished on time and did an excellent job. They even remodeled the shape and size of the deck which made a big improvement. Basically all I had to do was pick out the color. I highly recommend them and will be using them again when I am ready to replace my front porch deck. I wish I could send some pictures but this app is not letting me."
