"First of all, we love our new screened in porch! Getting the initial permit was a pain, but as much as it was a pain and cost extra to get the permit, I would do it again. Once we got that, it was very fast and efficient - finished in about 2 weeks - some delays due to rain. The foreman of the project was very good and understanding when we realized we needed to make a modification and it was no big deal for him. I loved the fact that Casey gave us a very detailed plan and contract (the best one we saw), and was very attentive and thorough to make sure it was structurally sound and he didn't cut corners with materials. That was reassuring. At the end, I noticed a few things (some cosmetic and some not) that needed some additional work, and those things were dealt with and finished much better after bringing them to Casey's attention. They cleaned up their work site much better than most and were respectful of our time and property. I had no problem trusting them when I had to leave and do other things. We have enjoyed many Spring nights out there and look forward to years of relaxation on it. It is so nice! Love the fan too!!"

"Doug Spohn was recommended by the architect we had design the remodel/addition. The first thing that stood out to me was his punctuality. He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money. Changes and additions during the job were made without adding on any additional charges other than the material.  From day one on the job, he was here to get the workers started and checked on them frequently. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. "Steve did a fantastic job remodeling our master bath. From demo to completion took 3 weeks (M-F, from about 8 AM to 2 PM every day.) He showed up every single day on time except once for a family emergency, but he called and gave us notice, so no worries at all. He explained everything he was doing along the way, and had good advice on things like grout choices, finishes, etc. You get more than what you pay for with Steve. We've used several different companies and handymen for our house projects, but going forward we'll always call Steve first."
