He's team did a good job and we are very pleased with the result, including modifications in design that he suggested but his approach was a bit surly and his communication was lacking on when he was going to show up. Since he has a face to the customer, while not horrible, it was not pleasant dealing with him directly. He is very good at his job, but did not represent the company well when dealing directly with the customer."
