"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

"GR Contracting, the employees were professional, neat, clean, and timely. Gordon always responded on time with any questions I had and kept me in the loop on scheduling. I would highly and strongly recommend this company looking for any type of remodeling work. They will be doing more work for me in the near future as well"

"KSR has done 2 jobs at my home (a full bath remodel and a basement living room) both excellent work! Very easy to communicate with. Work was completed on the established timeline (even a little quicker than expected). Good attention to small details. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Jack and his team are professional and get the job done. The quality of their work is excellent and he is dependable and professional. For this project, we used them for whole house interior painting and handyman fixes throughout the house. Everything went smoothly and it was completed in a timely manner. I give JK Complete Remodeling my highest recommendation and I look forward to using them again!"

"This builder gets five stars for not just doing the construction but being very helpful and stylish with the design. 100% would recommend him to anyone needing a remodel"

"**This posting is regarding a job that is currently underway. We will follow-up with another post once the job has been completed, but we wanted to make others aware of the struggles we are experiencing before they select this contractor.** We selected G & G from 3 contractors for our kitchen remodel. The scope of work in the kitchen included cabinet refacing, a few cabinet modifications, a new countertop and backsplash tiling. We are also constructing a wine nook where a current built-in desk existed. Our main concern in this review is regarding the estimated timeline for the project. Frank estimated a week and a half, but planned for two weeks to be safe. While this was longer than the one week guaranteed by another contractor, we liked Frank and felt he would deliver a beautiful finished product. We are currently approaching the end of week five, and there are still many components that are unfinished. In fact, no work has been done in the last two and a half weeks. Frank assigned one employee to be the dedicated installer for the project. He worked the first 5 days. On the 6th day, he was reassigned to another ‘emergency’ project. He worked days 7-9. On day 10, he left for a 2-week vacation. Frank told us that he was sorry he misestimated the install timing, but the project would be on hold until the installer returned from vacation. While this was frustrating, it was a moot point since they ran out of materials. Frank said this never happens, yet they ran out of 3 different materials: the refacing panels, trim and quarter round. After discovering they were short on materials, they waited a week to place the order for additional materials. It has been 3 weeks since the new order was placed, and Frank is blaming the lead times of the manufacturer. The materials are estimated to arrive on September 29, and work is currently scheduled to restart on October 3. Our 2-week project has become an 8-week project. The tile order that was placed was also not estimated correctly. A second order was placed for the remaining tile, and the contractor had to come out an additional day for the installation. This will not impact the overall timeline of the project, but it is another example of poor project management. G & G’s standard contract calls for 100% payment before install. We highly recommend that if you select G & G, you modify the contract and reserve a portion of the payment to be paid at completion. The work that has been completed so far looks pretty good. We are disappointed with the quality of some of the work, but Frank has committed to a final walk-through to repair these issues. As stated, we will post an update once the job is complete. In the meantime, we hope that this information is useful if you are considering working with G & G on a remodel."

"The construction went very well. It actually was completed before the estimate - it helped that I wasn't living here at the time. The workmanship is stellar and I am very pleased with the final product. They were responsive to my requests for little things to be changed - like the lights were installed upside down from what I wanted or the toilet paper holder needed to be moved. Angelo was friendly and I felt that he was taking care of my house & me like a father. Rose in the office answered every email and question in a timely manner. She's also followed up when I had an issue with my new dishwasher."

"We hired Envy to totally remodel our master bathroom from top to bottom, including a bath to shower conversion. We could have not asked for a better company to hire. At each step, from setting up the initial appointment to the final install, the process was a dream. No need to look further, this company is professional and dedicated to quality. We will call them back to remodel our kitchen in the future."

"We had a great experience with DAmore Contractors and cannot wait to have them back for more projects in the future. They did our basement, fireplace, kitchen island and back splash in the kitchen. When I originally reached out, Anthony came out that day to see the projects and give me some advice. He didn?t try to upsell, just quoted me what I asked for. He really listened. His estimate arrived in my email that night and he had his crew at our house within the week. It was incredible. They had everything done in just about 3 weeks. He was great at communicating everything to me through text even when I was working. Shout out to Steve, he is incredible at tile. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. He is a perfectionist with tile and did a really nice job on the fireplace and back splash. The entire crew was kind, honest and did their best to not interfere with our day to day routine. They tarped off when needed and took care of all the clean up each day. We love our new"
