While I expected a standard deck construction, he designed and built a highly secure and durable deck, with a functional and decorative railing. Neighbors were over and commenting before the job was even completed."

"Qbiq Corp is a contracting firm that also specializes (particularly) in remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, although they do other types of work, too. Pablo Palacios (the owner and head contractor) does all the cabinet work himself (in our case, with semi-custom made kitchen cabinets). He contracts out the plumbing, floor installation, electrical, mechanical and countertop work, but all the firms with which he works are top notch and, like himself, perform high quality work. In addition, he supervises their work very carefully. We completely gutted our existing kitchen, including walls, frames, and insulation, and tore down two walls to create an open kitchen. We were very proactive owners in terms of designing the look of the kitchen, but Pablo and his wife (also working for the firm) provided ample material samples for the cabinets and countertops. We did our own legwork on the floor tile and backsplash tile, but everything else came from Qbiq Corp. The final product is worthy of a design magazine. The materials are all excellent and the workmanship was superior. We did have to be a bit attentive to stay on schedule, and the project (which was major) took a bit over three months to complete (original estimate was two months), but, in the end, we are very satisfied with the results and have hired the firm to do another job. Also, Pablo Palacios is completely trustworthy, friendly, and all of the work he does is thoroughly permitted and up to the strictest Coral Gables code. We passed all the inspections without a problem. We recommend Qbiq Corp very highly."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
