Ryan was in regular contact through each phase of our project to let us know who and what to expect. It is worth noting that the payment structure was divided, which helped to build a sense of trust and rapport, and ensure that all work would be completed and to our standard. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. "Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. My wife and I (and are neighbors) are very pleased with the outcome of our finished basement and recommend Lux for remodeling a basement."

Feet unfinished basement with building egress windows and walkout with stairs. I could not be happier with the work quality and quantity. They took longer due to supply chain disruptions due to COVID-19 related issues. The crew was always wearing proper safety gear and ensured safety of themselves and others.
